Effective January 2023, fencers in the state of Johor are required to be affiliated with private clubs, schools, or higher education institutions in Johor in order to participate in programs or competitions under the association’s supervision.

Each member is required to pay an annual fee of RM250 and is entitled to receive an official training t-shirt. Members will also be eligible to participate in Johor state fencing championships, fitness tests, and programs organized by the club or association.
